How it started
A garden full of beech nuts and some old writings were the reason to start producing oil yourself a few years ago. Started as an experiment, a number of failures later & contact with a top chef … nothing more was needed to lay the foundation for the current activities of Migino.
Unique production process
Migino uses a unique production process. Central to this is the preservation of all taste and odor elements of the raw materials. In addition to the careful choice of raw materials, the various steps have been further optimized based on our experience.
